Pinnacle's role — the day-to-day
Pinnacle Group is your housing management provider and your main point of contact for day-to-day matters — rent payments, reporting defects or repairs, and any other queries. Each resident has a dedicated Property Manager who manages your home on behalf of Flint Housing and is here to support you with any questions or concerns.

Flint Housing is a registered provider of social, affordable and shared-ownership homes in England — providing newly-built, secure and affordable homes where residents can feel settled and supported.
Working together with Pinnacle and estate and block managers on our schemes, we aim to deliver high-quality housing services to all residents.
