Flint Housing was founded in 2020 as a modern platform for investing in social housing.
We support the development and provision of high quality, new build housing for those who cannot afford it on the private market. Our rented homes are exclusively for those on local authority housing waiting lists. Our shared ownership homes support those taking a first step onto the property ladder via a part buy, part rent structure.
We intend to acquire, develop, own and manage 1,000+ new-build affordable homes within the next few years, with strong ambitions beyond that.
