In areas where we own and manage homes, we maintain a strong presence through our management partners, ensuring quality services for residents and communities. We believe successful communities are built through collaboration, and as a landlord, we play an active role in supporting tenancies and fostering sustainable neighbourhoods. We have successfully unlocked a number of stalled sites in London boroughs through collaborative working with local authorities, developers and the GLA.
