We're delivering high quality, purpose built affordable housing across London and beyond

Flint Housing works closely with developers and local authorities to acquire on a turnkey basis or to forward fund the construction of high quality, new build affordable housing.

The team leverages existing relationships with national and SME housebuilders and works closely with the Greater London Authority to deliver new housing within and outside of the s106 framework. We have already welcomed residents into 129 completed homes, have a further 323 homes under construction and 1,000+ home pipeline. Our team is in active discussions to bring forward additional affordable housing delivery across London with a target of >3,000 homes. New sites will be added here soon.
