Flint Housing provides high quality, sustainable homes and services for residents across London and the country. Our homes are safe, secure and well maintained, serving as a foundation for individuals and families to build their futures.
Our team brings together a wealth of experience from the housing, housebuilding and financial sectors and is backed by significant institutional capital to generate positive social impact by funding development of high quality, new-build social housing in partnership with local authorities and developers. The team has an ambition to deliver over 3,000 new affordable homes over the next five years and is in active discussions to bring forward additional affordable housing delivery across London. At the heart of everything we do is efficiency, a proactive and fresh approach to housing management and a commitment to an excellent quality of service for all of our customers.

Our History
Founded in 2020, Flint Housing is a social housing provider with a clear strategy to deliver a step-change in provision of new-build, high-quality, affordable housing. We are proud to be registered as a provider of social housing with the Regulator of Social Housing and an Investment Partner to the Greater London Authority.

Sir Peter Dixon
Non-Executive Chair
Sir Peter Dixon was the Chair of the Housing Corporation between 2003 and 2008, and was knighted in 2009 for his work in the affordable housing sector.
Peter previously served as Chair of Optivo / Southern Housing and Diabetes (UK).
He has also served as President of the English Rural Housing Association since 2009.
Peter served as a Board member of National Parks Partnership between 2015 and 2018 and Chair of University College London Hospitals (UCLH) from 2001 until 2010.

Eugene Schreider
Chief Executive Officer
Eugene advised corporate and private capital clients on strategic and financial development within Lazard's financial advisory business for 14 years.
Eugene has extensive deal origination and execution experience, leading large and small multi-disciplinary teams through full transaction processes, from inception to completion, including assessing valuation, transaction and financial structuring, due diligence and negotiation of terms and documentation.
Eugene is a CFA® charterholder. He also holds the Level 5 Diploma in Housing from the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).

Patrick Bergin
Chief Financial Officer
Patrick is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience, gathered across several industries. He has worked in property-related roles since 2006, when he joined Crest Nicholson Plc as Group Financial Controller, before being appointed to the Board in 2011, serving initially as Chief Financial Officer, then Chief Operating Officer and, from 2018, Chief Executive.
Subsequently, Patrick worked as CFO for a Modular Housing business (ilke Homes), seeking to increase housing supply through a supply-side solution.
Patrick is a Trustee of the Arundel and Brighton Diocesan Trust.

Angelique Noble
Director of Customer Experience
Angelique Noble is a senior housing professional with over 20 years' mixed tenure experience across for-profit and not-for-profit registered providers, specialising in customer services, housing management, and aligning housing services with both commercial and social value.
As head of housing services at Sage Homes between 2021-2025, she led a major housing management service internalisation, overseeing block management, rental income and community safety. She introduced a new national operating model, enhanced overall customer satisfaction, and launched a financial wellbeing service for residents.
Previous roles included restructuring services to support growth at Mount Green Housing Association, supporting the Grenfell recovery taskforce in Kensington and Chelsea and leading award-winning customer service teams at RHP.

Ivan Sivukha
Director of Technology
Highly skilled full-stack software and data professional with a track record of delivering high-performance, scalable applications and distributed systems across the banking, finance, and real estate technology sectors. Ivan brings strong analytical thinking, clean system design instincts, and a pragmatic approach to problem diagnosis — bridging the gap between deep technical delivery and real business outcomes.
Ivan has held high-visibility, high-impact roles at Lloyds Banking Group, ING, and RBS, where he led digital transformation initiatives, architected greenfield platforms from scratch, and rebuilt consumer-facing applications to handle extreme load volumes.
A versatile and enthusiastic engineer, Ivan is equally comfortable leading software development teams as well as diving deep into code.

Stephen Stone
Founder & Director
Stephen has enjoyed a long career with Crest Nicholson and served as Chief Executive of the company from 2005 to 2018. He moved to the position of Non-Executive Chair at the house builder in April 2019 before stepping down to serve as Chair of Keepmoat Homes between 2019 and 2021.
Stephen serves as Non-Executive Director of Miller Homes and previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Orbit Group, at the House Builders Federation, the industry leading lobby group, and, for nine years, at the National House Building Council (NHBC), where he was a member of the Risk, Remuneration and Consumer Committees and chaired the Construction Quality Expert Panel.
Stephen sat on a number of Government panels, including the Hackitt Review, and trained as an Architect.

William Rucker
Founder & Director
William began his investment banking career at Lazard in 1987 and served as CEO of its UK business for over 15 years, becoming Chair in 2019 with a focus on key client relationships and growth initiatives.
William was Chair of Crest Nicholson between 2011 and 2018, and before that, Quintain Estates & Development between 2009 and 2015. He also served as Non-Executive Director of Rentokil Initial between 2008 and 2013.
William currently serves as Chair of ICG and British Land and of the UK Dementia Research Institute and is a Trustee of The Racing Foundation. William previously served as Chair of Bizspace and Marston's.
William is a Chartered Accountant.

John Knevett
Non-Executive Director
John has worked in housing for over 30 years, leading the commercial, development, regeneration and sales functions and overseeing both the affordable and private business streams for A2Dominion as the Group's Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Commercial Officer from 1988 to 2018, developing over 1,000 homes p.a. Prior to the formation of A2Dominion, John was Chief Executive for A2 Housing Group, a business with £120m turnover and £1.5bn asset base.
John serves on the board of Elivia Homes and is former Chair of Orchard & Shipman Homes. John is a member of the Institute of Structural Engineers and the Institute of Maintenance and Building Management.
John's project experiences are hugely diverse ranging from the UK's first Eco town in Oxfordshire through to large JV regeneration projects in London.
