You will protect resident safety and wellbeing by leading and developing a best-practice, technology-driven building safety and property compliance function. You will take a hands-on role in working with Pinnacle, our housing manager, and external estate and block managers to shape and embed robust policies, systems and plans, to ensure we meet our obligations as a registered provider of social housing and that all our homes, including high-risk buildings, meet the highest safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and embed robust strategies, policies, systems and operational plans that support best-practice compliance
- Work closely with external housing and block managers to maintain assurance that all statutory and regulatory obligations relating to all areas of building safety and property compliance are being met
- Monitor performance through key performance indicators, oversee all required remedial actions, manage Golden Thread information for higher-risk buildings, and report to board and other key stakeholders
- Promote a positive safety culture, support resident engagement, and stay up to date with building safety legislation, regulation and housing compliance best practice
Customer Experience Manager
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, resident-focused housing service functions are delivered to a high standard across our portfolio, translating performance data, resident feedback and operational insight into clear actions that improve resident outcomes and service standards. As an organised, hands-on and resident-focused professional, you will work closely with internal colleagues and external housing management providers to make sure services are well planned, clearly monitored and consistently delivered. You will help put practical processes, systems and reporting arrangements in place so that Flint has strong visibility of performance, resident feedback and service quality across housing management, block and estate management, resident engagement and mobilisation of new schemes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day housing management services across Flint homes, estates and communities, using systems, workflows and data to monitor performance and track actions
- Monitor service quality across block and estate management, tenancy management, repairs, ASB, safeguarding, complaints, resident feedback and housing management KPIs
- Manage day-to-day relationships with housing management providers, block managers and other partners, ensuring roles, contracts and service standards are clear
- Lead resident feedback, engagement and communications arrangements, ensuring residents can raise issues, influence services and receive clear, timely information
