Our homes are managed by our preferred management provider, Pinnacle
Pinnacle’s team are locally based to the areas they manage on our behalf and are responsible for the day to day management of our homes and communities.
Pinnacle will be the first point of contact for all residents' day to day queries such as reporting a repair, making a rent payment or arranging a gas service.
Depending on where you live, Pinnacle may also be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the communal areas/green spaces.
